Actor Biography

Training: Christian was born and raised in Swansea. He trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama.
Theatre includes: The Caucasian Chalk Circle (Shared Experience), Laurel and Hardy (Wolsey, Ipswich), Guys and Dolls (UK tour), Under Milk Wood (Dukes, Lancaster), Ying Tong (West Yorkshire Playhouse), The Gondoliers, The Merchant of Venice and The Water Babies (Chichester Festival Theatre), Lady Macbeth (Basingstoke Haymarket), The Oyster Catchers (Sherman), The Woman in Black, Neville’s Island and Little Shop of Horrors (Torch), Two Weeks with the Queen and Guys and Dolls (Leicester Haymarket), Can’t Pay? Won’t Pay! and Bedroom Farce (Chrysalis Theatre), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Mappa Mundi), Twelfth Night (Wales Actors Company), and Matilda and The Secret Garden (RSC). Christian is an associate artist of Clwyd Theatr Cymru, where his credits include Rape of the Fair Country, Hosts of Rebecca, Song of the Earth, Homefront Recall, The Mabinogion, Portrait of the Artist as a Young Dog, Under Milk Wood, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, Twelfth Night, Blue Remembered Hills, Equus, Afore Night Come and A Christmas Carol. West End: The Secret Garden (Aldwych), Macbeth (Albery) and Ying Tong – A Walk with the Goons (New Ambassadors). Christian co-wrote and starred in Goon Bandage – An Evening with Sir Harry Secombe, a one-man show about the legendary entertainer.
