AUDITION FOR A ROLE IN OLIVER! AT THE THEATRE ROYAL DRURY LANE

As part of the ongoing audition process, we are always looking for boys aged between 9 and 13 for roles in Oliver! - this includes members of the Workhouse, Fagin’s Gang and principal children’s roles including Oliver and the Artful Dodger.

Requirements include unbroken voices. The height limit is 5 foot which is set in stone.  Nobody taller than this at the time of the audition will be auditioned.

All nationalities welcome but must live in the UK /excellent singing and good movement needed.

Children will be asked to sing at the audition. The song will be ‘Consider Yourself’ from the show. The lyrics are below and the tune can be found on the CD of the show or film or DVD of the film. Further recalls will ask for different things which are given / set at the time.

We ask that only one parent/guardian accompanies the boys to the audition.

Please bring a photo, a drink and lots of energy. Wear comfortable clothes and trainers. Be prepared to have a fun day!
